I come to this work with vibrational medicine through a heightened sensitivity, and wisdom gifted by my ancestors, the Earth, Water, Light and the Human Spirit. I am guided and grounded by the power of ritual connection to the Divine calling us into deeper relationship with all aspects of Nature, including our own. Some of my greatest teachers are: the Ocean, family, friendships, flowers, clients, crystals, music, women’s circles, wild life, hospice patients, and the Stars. I utilize Flower Essences and Gem Elixirs in my work. As a compassionate listener, I’m intuitive and trauma informed, through experience and education. I believe that reaching into a more reverent alignment with Nature, brings us into deeper relation with our own true Essence.

Prior to Essences, I made my way professionally in non profits, as a children’s educator, musician, wardrobe stylist, community talk show host, hospice volunteer, and event planner.

Offerings
Essences
I joyfully co-create Mother Essences with permission from the plant and a small offering, before they bask for several hours in morning or high noon sun. Flowers are cut directly into a glass bowl with purified water, and with respectful intent for the most potent and pure energetics. After a Flower Essence Session, I'll meditate on your vibration, using kinesiology to test which Flowers will best serve you at this time.
